Collins, Ichang, "c/o U,S, Consul" bearing U.S. 5c. franking tied by Trappe duplex; there is a fine array of markings on the reverse with San Francisco (8.6), "u.s.postal agency/shanghai" (7.7) , a faint strike of Hankow Local Post c.d.s. (11.7) , a fine strike of the Consulate of the United States, Hankow oval datestamp (11.7) and a further Hankow Local Post c.d.s. (13.7) when this letter was returned to the Local Post system. A rare and important incoming cover using these different postal services
