1896 (17 May) 1ca. on 2ca. card to Austria cancelled by the Chungking oblong datestamp in purple and bearing, on the reverse, France "Chine" 5c. (2) tied by "shang-hai/chine" (5.6) c.d.s. and Prague transit (12.7). The message written by Lu Lui-ting, the postmaster of Chungking Post Office. Fine and rare, very few Chungking cards were sent through the French Post Office in Shanghai. The French 10c. pays the international post card rate
