1873-76 ship letter envelopes (6) from Cape Town, Hopetown on the Diamond Fields, King Williams Town or Port Elizabeth to England and carried on the Dunrobin Castle, Edinburgh, Gothland, Lapland or Walmer Castle, each bearing 4d. blue variously cancelled and each showing "2" or "2d." accountancy marks or handstamps; and 1876-79 packet letter envelopes from Alice, Elands Post and Port Elizabeth to England with two carried on the Edinburgh Castle or Walmer Castle vessels, each franked at 6d. with the one from Elands Post franked with 1d. (2) an 4d. sharing oval-framed datestamp; a few small imperfections in places though generally good to fine
