Turner "Steamship Agent Dartmouth", bearing 1d. red Plate 182 (3) with "currie" perfins, a large "c" encircling the "u" and cancelled by London "25" duplexes, the additional 1d. (2) for the late fee payable between 1870-76 at West Central Head Office between 7.15 p.m. and 7.45 p.m. for destinations along the line from nearby railway stations, the "Down Mail" by the Great Western Railway leaving Paddington at 8.10 p.m. arrival datestamp (23.5) on reverse, the day on which the Windsor Castle sailed for Cape Town carrying details of the 1876 contract.
