1864 (5 May) blue entire letter from London to Umhlali Post Office and presumed carried on the fourth outward passage by the Roman under the second contract, bearing wing-margin 6d. lilac, showing circular-framed "too/late" and framed "excg/deficient postage/oz/ british share of fine" with both lines completed for "6" and with manuscript "1/6" total alongside, "2" accountancy mark in red crayon; right-hand panel largely separated though of fine appearance.
