1865 (Mar.) envelope ex the Farie correspondence from Bloemfontein "Per Royal Mail Steamer" to Glasgow and carried by the Saxon on her sixth return sailing from Cape Town (16.4), prepaid 6d. local postage with manuscript "6" and bearing Cape 1/- green cancelled "1" and with Cape Town datestamp (13.4) alongside, Paid Devonport Cape Packet datestamp (17.5) at left, arrival datestamp (18.5) on reverse; a fraction soiled, otherwise fine.
