Undated Victorian 'Rebus' letter apparently to Alice Barker (friend of Lewis Carroll) with skilled two tone ink drawings and all text in rebus, reading "I am writing to show you what the ladies at Tomkins were like. You would have enjoyed being one too. What a shame you can't be here for all the good things..." Signed with self-portrait. A curious item.
