1859 (6 June) original draft LS to the Queen of Norway giving credence granted to Augustus Berkley Paget on the occasion of his appointment as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Sweden and Norway. Complete with Victoria's full signature and subscription though interestingly the first page has been neatly deleted with a cross through the text for no known reason.
