1698 (15 Oct.) document signed as a "Loan to Add to the Establishment of the 15th June Cast: Free Masons - 16, Bricklayers - 16, Labourers 47", seemingly to be assembled in Portsmouth. Signed "H. Greenhill" by Henry Greenhill among five other Naval signatures.

Henry Greenhill (1646-1708) - brother of painter, John Greenhill - was a British Mariner, Governor of the Gold Coast, Commissioner of the Navy and a Member of Parliament. Known also for overseeing the construction of Plymouth Dock.
