1662 (14 Jan.) letter signed "Albermarle" from the "Cockpitt" addressed to "Gentlemen" informing that "by consent and approbation of the Lord Chancellor I have appointed Edmund Fennell Esq. to be my Deputy to official in my sted as Judge of the Sessions". Together with pages from 1852 London Illustrated news commemorating his funeral.
