1937-42 (c.) envelope to Lhasa bearing, on the reverse, 2tr. yellow-orange tied by a very fine strike of the bilingual Shigatse type 2 c.d.s.; with rubber handstamp address, "from Dhengcha Gyachung's shop in Shigatse to a family member in Dherap's shop in Lhasa". Fine. Photo

The 2tr. postage rate was used between 1937-42, however, the 2tr. yellow-orange was issued around 1954-56
