British War Medal 1914-20 (Payr. S. Lt. S. Flower. R.N.R.), nearly extremely fine

Stanley Flowers served as a Temporary Assistant Paymaster in the Royal Naval Reserve having been wounded at the Battle of the Somme and deemed only fit for 'Home service'. He continued to serve to despite his injuries and was discharged 27 November 1919; sold with copied Service Record.
