Michael Cook was born on 6 July 1984 and enlisted at Birmingham on 2 February 2002, serving with the 1st Battalion. He served two tours of Northern Ireland, besides serving in Iraq and a short emergency tour of Kosovo to combat smuggling. He was discharged on 15 January 2007; sold together with original Certificate of Service and Qualifications, besides Oath Certificate, three group photographs and a number of tour photographs.
