Shanghai 1c. postal stationery cover to Chinkiang cancelled by circle of red bars struck in red and, on the reverse, company oval handstamp, Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. in red and a fair strike of "customs/chinkiang" c.d.s. (4.9) in black; two vertical folding creases. An interesting cover which should have been delivered by the local post service, not the Customs post. Photo
