1899年1月18日威海䘙寄英國倫敦Denmark Hill封， 封左下端貼二版跑差票 2分一枚， 銷英和洋行圓戳， 封上端貼貳分蟠龍票五枚， 銷煙台大圓日戳三枚 (另一枚只見部份的煙台大圓日戳蓋於跑差票上)， 再加貼香港女皇十仙票一枚， 銷1月23日上海小圓日戳. 信封保存良好， 難得之三種郵資混貼封.
