半分至拾分全套共五枚藍色加蓋 "欠資" 票， 保留大部份原背膠， 票有幾處輕微揭薄; 查此項加蓋欠資票乃未經授權， 即已被郵局窗口值班人員誤賣了共56套， 後來退回郵局者， 將全數退還現金.
