1895 (12 Sept.) envelope registered to Amoy bearing Black Flag Republic die I set of three tied by "taiwan republic/tainan" c.d.s. with handstruck registration mark in red alongside; with Local Post Office Amoy arrival (14.9), handstruck "to pay" in red and 5c. Postage Due with red overprint tied by circular "paid" postmark. Used on the first day of issue of the Postage Due stamps.

1895年9月12日台南寄廈門進口掛號封， 貼第一版獨虎票全套三枚， 銷英文雙圈台灣民主國台南日戳三枚， 旁蓋紅方框掛號戳， 並以手寫"27"; 下方有紅色"TO PAY"， 並補貼伍仙欠資票， 銷圓形三格"PAID"戳， 旁有9月14日廈門工部到達日戳. 異常特別的掛號封， 兼且為存世只兩件台灣票及廈門票混貼封之一; 保存良好， 值得珍藏.
