1890 (June) Shanghai 2c. Double Dragon card (PC6) to the German Consulate in Tientsin cancelled by a fine strike of the bilingual double-circle "amoy local post/agency" cancellation in black, Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. (2.6) in greenish blue and "customs/tientsin" (6.6) c.d.s. An exceptionally fine card which clearly shows the three different postmarks on the address side.

Thought to be the earliest example of the bilingual postmark. Photo

1890年6月廈門寄天津德國領事收的上海雙龍貳分郵資片(PC6)， 銷清晰黑色雙圈上海書信館廈門代辦所中英文無日期戳， 藍綠色6月2日上海工部中轉戳， 及6月6日天津海關日戳， 十分罕見地蓋有三地郵戳於片正面， 而廈門代辦所無日期戳更是最早期使用例. 流傳: 1988年1996年11月周煒良.
