Petersen & Co to the Swedish and Norwegian consulate in Shanghai bearing Jubilee ½c. vertical strip of four tied by fine strikes of the Local Post Office code “A” c.d.s. in blue and, on the reverse, Shanghai Local Post (26.5) c.d.s. in blue and postman‘s delivery characters in pencil; there are a couple of folding creases to be expected on an envelope of this size.
