1896年9月19日福州寄紐約封， 貼綠色壹仙票， 銷帶"T"字福州英文日戳， 加貼日本小判五錢票， 銷上海日本客郵日戳， 封背背蓋同一福州戳， 9月26日上海工部及4月10日横濱的中轉戳， 再銷10月21日温哥華中轉戳， 於10月26日到達紐約的Syracuse. 保存良好， 前為John F. Seybold collection的藏品 (有他的印記在封背).
