The foot has the text "By His Majesty's Command" crossed through and "By the Command of His Royal Highness The Prince Regent in the Name and on the Behalf of His Majesty" and signed "Liverpool". With wafer seal and £1.10 revenue stamps; typical folding creases. Photo
