The company was formed in 1919 by Harper Bean as their official sales company handling Bean, Swift of Coventry and Vulcan Engineering among others. Together with Riley (Coventry) Limited, pair of certificates for ordinary shares, black, and preference shares, brown, both 19[38], signed by Victor Riley, and, British Motor Corporation, 1952 and 1960, Rootes Motors, 1964 and George Clarke (Motors) Ltd., 1972. The Riley a little stained otherwise VF-EF (7).
