1936 (18 Sept.) charred envelope from Pretoria to New Zealand bearing 4d. (2) and 6d., salvaged from the crash at Delhi and accompanied by Postmaster-General's Department, General Post Office, Sydney "regret" slip with date error of "29th. August" corrected to 29 September. Very rare, being one of only three items from South Africa recorded by the owner. Nierinck 360929j. Photo
