Trial Separations
The following group of separations were all applied by hand to imperforate sheets. Naturally the results were often poorly cut and badly aligned. Examples with the design intact are rarely encountered and are worth a considerable premium
Rouletted 7 at Auckland
2d. blue, roulettes on all four sides of exceptionally well-centred stamp, unused; a couple of tiny tone marks at top, otherwise sound. An attractive example of this very rare stamp. R.P.S. Certificate (1934). S.G. 28, £7,500. Photo
