Shanghai: 1894 (14 Apr.) a neat envelope registered to the Belgian Legation in Peking bearing 3ca. mauve (3) just tied by Shanghai seal type II in blue and with a good strike of the circular Shanghai type II registered handstamp in red, the reverse with Customs Shanghai and Customs Peking (21.4) c.d.s..
