1929, Aug. 27, Registered cover to Le Havre franked with "Pasteur" 1fr.50c. and "Merson" 10fr., tied by "new-york au havre/a" octagonal datestamp , showing neat "Transat Aerienne/Catapulte Ile de France/Aout 1929/Pilote Domergue" four-line cachet at left, repeated twice on back, with signature of the pilot on front below, registration label with corresponding cachet of the A postal brigade alongside and arrival on reverse.
