1884 "three/cents" in black (small letters) on 4c. Reddish Brown Card (HG 4)
The 4c. brown cards were surcharged locally. Reportedly there were 750 cards with small letters and 500 with large letters produced, however, very few used examples are recorded
1886 (12 Mar.) 3c. on 4c. reddish brown card to Deli, Ned Indies, cancelled by undated "singapore/p.o."" cancel, with Singapore c.d.s. in black alongside, via "ned ind singapore"" c.d.s. ( 12.3; N.I. postal agency in Singapore) to Medan (15.3), all on front. On back is printed message from Robinson & Co. Outfitters, to advice of the visit of their representative; addressee's name and addressed expunged. Photo
