1889 (Apr.) envelope from Buckland? to U.S.A. bearing 1d. pair cancelled "73" and showing rare "Deficient Postage/Fine/to pay" handstamp completed for 4d. and 6d. for a total of 10d. and with "u.s.charge/to/collect/20 Cents" handstamp, the reverse bearing Postage Due 65c. strip of four (defective), 1889 (Dec.) envelope from Hobart to South Africa bearing 2½d. on 9d. with duplex and with two "inconnu/onbekend" boxed handstamps, and an undated envelope (small faults) to Huon Road bearing De La Rue 1d. cancelled with fine "refused" framed handstamp. An interesting trio of instructional marks
