1928 (29 Feb.) two printed envelope registered to Toledo, one bearing 3c. and 12c. pair, the other 2c. and 25c. cancelled by the Brunei c.d.s. with further strikes alongside with the boxed registered handstamp and, on the reverse, Labuan (1.3), Singapore registered (5.3), New York (6.4) and Toledo arrival (7.4); both are fine and pay the correct rate of 12c. postage and 15c. registration (introduced in 1928).
