1924-26 two "on government service" envelopes, with 1924 (12 Apr.) registered to Switzerland bearing pair of 12c. blue tied by Brunei c.d.s. with a second strike alongside with the boxed registered handstamp, the reverse with Labuan (15.4), Singapore (19.4) and Zihlschlacht arrival (14.5), some wrinkling, pays the correct rate of 12c. postage and 12c. registration and is an early use of this 12c. stamp; 1926 (23 Feb.) registered to U.S.A. with the despatch c.d.s. and boxed registered handstamp on the address side, the reverse with blocks of four of 1c. green and 6c. black tied by the despatch c.d.s. with Labuan (25.2), Singapore (1.3), New York (2.4) and Minneapolis arrival (5.4) datestamps, overpays the 12c. postage and 12c. registration.
