1856 (15 Sept.) envelope from Chatham to Summerside, bearing 1851 3d. dull blue with clear to very large margins nearly all round, cancelled and tied with "8" in oval of bars, the reverse with despatch, Shediac, P.E.I. and Summerside datestamps; the adhesive with faults though very rare, being one of only four covers addressed to Prince Edward Island at this rare.
