1941 (22 Nov.) envelope to Tihwa bearing unoverprinted Thrift Movement 8c. pair tied by Kuche dotted c.d.s., the reverse with a fine strike of the Kuche English/Chinese c.d.s. in purple indicating censorship. A good cover and an unusual franking, either over paying the new 15c. rate or preempting the 16c. rate introduced on 1st December. Photo
