1931 (20 June) envelope registered to Sven Hedin in Stockholm "via Siberia" bearing, on the reverse, 1924-36 10c. block of four tied by Tihwa (Urumtsi) c.d.s. with dated oval of Sinkiang District Commission alongside; the address side with a fine strike of the boxed registered handstamp with "tihwa" above.
