1930 (12 Oct.) envelope sent double registered to Germany "Via Bachty - Siberia" bearing 1924-36 5c. and 20c. (2) tied by Tahcheng bilingual c.d.s. with red on white registration label and large "AR" the reverse with Provincial censor seal type 6a (with additional red character) tied by the censor's handstamp and Dresden (26.4) arrival c.d.s. A good cover sent via the Chuguchak foreign exchange office and clearly showing the scarce Tahcheng bilingual datestamp. Paying 15c. postage (between 1 July 1930 and 1 February 1931) and 30c. for the double registration (between 1 February 1929 and 1 February 1931). Photo
