1930 (11 Aug.) opened-out envelope, double registered to Chungwei, Kansu province, bearing 1916-19 8c. and 20c. with 1924-36 1c. tied by Tihwa (Urumtsi) c.d.s. with red on white registration label bearing only the printed number and three-character censor handstamp; the reverse bears Lanchow transit c.d.s. (4.9) and arrival c.d.s. (9.9) plus despatcher's handstamp and two fine examples of printed Lanchow censor seal. Paying the 29c. postage rate for double registered. Photo
