1930 (21 July) envelope double registered to Chungwei, Kansu province, bearing 1916-19 8c. and 20c. with 1924-36 1c. tied by Tihwa (Urumtsi) c.d.s. with manuscript registration number and "AR" in manuscript, the reverse with Lanchow (26.9) and Chungwei c.d.s., a fine example of Lanchow censor seal. A good cover. Also 1930 (Sept.) another envelope from the same correspondence, also double registered and bearing, on the reverse, 1916-19 13c. and 16c. tied by the Tihwa c.d.s. with the arrival c.d.s. alongside. A good pair of 29c. rate covers. Photo
