(4) tied by fine strikes of Ningyüanhsien Sin (Kuldja) English/Chinese c.d.s. with a superb strike of the boxed registered handstamp, Tihwa (29.10), Peking (2.12), Moukden (6.12) and San Francisco (4.1) transit c.d.s. with Jersey City arrival (9.1). There is a fine example of the Provincial censor label type 2 with small censor handstamp. Paying the 20c. international registered rate. A clean and attractive cover. Photo
