(4) tied by Turfan English/Chinese c.d.s., the address side with the boxed registered handstamp and large "AR" with further despatch c.d.s., Tihwa (6.10), Peking (1.12) tying Officially Sealed label and Sinchow arrival (3.12). With Provincial censor label type 2. Paying 9c. rate to other provinces and 20c. for double registration. The envelope is split down the centre fold and opens for display; soiled and some paper faults. Photo
