(19.5) alongside plus Japanese Chanchun transit (18.10) in violet and Russian Tientsin arrival (21.10); the address side (written in three languages) bears the blue on white insurance label KI1. Some stamps torn when the flap was opened and some minor aging. An attractive and late cover from this office. This cover took five months to be delivered. the rate was 9r.50. Photo
