1918 (14 May) value declared (500 roubles) envelope registered to Tientsin "Par Harbin" bearing, on the reverse, Arms 20k. (2), 70k. (3) and 3r.40 (2) tied by type K7A c.d.s. with the despatch c.d.s. (15.5) alongside plus Japanese and Russian Tientsin c.d.s. (21.10), the blue on white insurance label KI1. Two stamps torn on opening the flap and some soiling; an attractive cover from the beginning of the inflation period. The problems arising from the Russian Revolution meant that it took five months for this letter to be delivered. The rate here is 9r.50. Photo
