France & Colonies mint & used accumulations, with two French Africa Scott Speciality albums, the first Algeria through French West Africa, mostly fresh mint, well-filled from 1920s/40s through not useful Navigation & Commerce issues, the second rather sparse and mostly used, “Victoria” album with mostly used French Equatorial Africa through Tunisia, largely 1920s-40s issues, well-filled binder of New Caledonia with strength in 1940s-80s, the latter decades appear n.h., two binders of mostly n.h. Marianne and Coat of Arms issues of France, with good range of booklet panes, a couple small stockbooks of duplicate Colonies, varying condition but much is fine-very fine.
