4d brownish black & dull orange Admiral, Die IIIB, Plate 10, State 1, perf 14, mint inscription block of four, hinged in margin only, showing the frame plate number in margin, distinctive "fuzzy" portrait impression, full Waterlow & Sons imprint, when combined with the "wing dots" visible on the upper right stamp establish this block as being from positions 5-6 and 15-16, extremely scarce and rarely offered, fine and rare.
