French Colonies mint & used collection, in a Scott Specialty album, good value with Madagascar used 1891 issues. #14-22 used, then almost complete to 1950s, Reunion with useful 1885 surcharges, then comprehensive to 1940s, Senegambia #1-13 hinged, solid Senegal including a good selection of used 1887 surcharges, #35-52 mix of hinged and used, then appears near complete through to 1940, some sets mixed mint and used, much is fine-very fine, an excellent representation of these colonies.
