French Offices Abroad mint & used collection, on Scott pages, beginning with strong selection of 1870 Franco-Prussian War issues of Alsace, strong Offices in China with complete 1894 overprints, many spots filled to the 1920s, comprehensive Canton, Hoi Hao, Kwangchowan, Mongtseu, Packhoi, and Yunnan Fou, the balance being strongest in the Levant and Port Said, concluding with a few pages of useful French Colonies General Issues, noting #17 used, #18 used with Saigon c.d.s., and #24 unused, inspet as condition varies with some faults to be expected but much is fine-very fine, with many good stamps to be found.
