Smye envelopes (2, one a little soiled) bearing sets of four and one bearing 1½d, all cancelled with Type V in blue, envelope with 1d. cancelled by Type VII in violet and 1940 envelope (faults) bearing ½d., 1d., 1½d. and three other values with Type VII in black and showing Simonstown datestamp for 4 March 1941; also unstamped 1949 envelope to U.S.A. with Type IX in violet and intaglio type "t/15c" handstamp
