Collection of Documents (23) written-up on pages, including £5 green on half-year Apothecary's licence, a marvellous four-colour franking including values to £1 paying a total of £2/16/- on an ornate Registration Bond, a 2/6d. franking on beautifully engraved Insurance Policy, £1 on Passport for 19 year old Desiderus Attwell mentioning a tattoo on his right arm, and a wide variety of most interesting usages for this issue including Deed of Division, Antenupital Contract and Acts of Transport. A fascinating lot with quality far above average throughout. Also a group of documents (17) receipts, etc. from same period without adhesives. Photo
