(damaged top right corner) both rouletted at the G.P.O., tied by Barred Numeral "1" and showing red Registered arrival d.s., handstruck "d6" with despatch datestamp on reverse. A very late usage of the registered stamp and one of only four or five covers known bearing the rouletted stamp. RPSV Certificate (1998). Photo
