1784-1848 a group of Payment Orders of Interest Bearing Notes, several are connected to the Aberdeen Banking Company, all bear the embossed duty stamp and several show the interest payments endorsed on the reverse, duely signed; also a group of Payment Orders (5) relating to Pickford, 1815-27, each with small vignette illustration and are signed by either a member of the Pickford family or John Tattersall and bear the embossed duty stamp. Also1892 notification of the amalgamation of Lloyd's Bank and Twining Bank; 1814 Act "for raising the Sum of Twelve million five hundred thousand Pounds, by Exchequer Bills..." and 1815 Act "empowering the Governor of the Bank of England to advance the Sum of Three Million towards th Supply ..." and 1820 booklet "Deed of Settlement of the York City and County Banking Company".
