Original pencil drawing of the head on tracing paper (143x192mm.), four embossed proofs of the head in different sizes, each on card (65-74x100-108mm.), a die proof with uncleared surround, in black on glazed card (92x60mm.), and an 1894 note on Stamping Department headed paper being a recollection regarding the design.
