Four: Craftsman C. Crawford, Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, late Royal Army Service Corps, who was evacuated from Dunkirk after service in 50th Division R.A.S.C.

1939-45 Star; Defence and War Medals 1939-45; Efficiency Medal, G.VI.R., 1st issue, Territorial (81342 Cfn. C. Crawford, R.E.M.E.), mounted court-style as worn, together with the recipient's Dunkirk Commemorative Medal and Belgian King Albert Commemorative Cross, and his wartime identity discs, good very fine (Lot)

Cyril Crawford, a pre-war Territorial in 50th Division R.A.S.C., was called up in September 1939 and served in the B.E.F. in France up until the evacuation from Dunkirk. He transfered to the R.E.M.E. in November 1942 and was demobbed in February 1946.

Sold with a quantity of original documentation, including the recipient's 'Calling Out Notice' and Record of Service card, together with wartime photographs and certificates/correspondence in respect of his Dunkirk and Belgian commemorative awards.
